TAHITI DANCE FITNESS (TDF)
was founded in 2009 by Lila Evrard & Beatrice Heitiare Caisson, two sisters originally from Tahiti who are both passionate about sharing their experience & knowledge in Dance, Fitness & Health.
TDF is a complete physical training program based on beautiful Tahitian dance “Ori Tahiti” moves combining all the fitness components of cardio workout, muscular preparation, balance and flexibility, with grace, femininity, energy and absolute wellbeing after each session.
TDF is for women of all ages and backgrounds, excited to look, feel, and live better.
Tahiti Dance Fitness is the very first Tahitian Dance School to pioneer both the traditional “Ori Tahiti” dance and a new program “Tahiti Fitness” in All South East Asia since 2009.
TDF’s philosophy is based on the values from the “Aloha Spirit” from Hawaii and Polynesian islands.
The Aloha Spirit carries out the following values: Kindness, Unity, Humility, Respect, Responsibility and Perseverance.
Aloha being the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person. Considering each person as equal.
Beyond Dancing, Towards a better self, one step at a time.
TDF has been contributing to Singapore since 2010 until now through Fund Raising Actions from Annual Charity performances (Red Cross – Official Partner).

The Moon: symbol of pure mind. In Tahiti, lunar symbols are related to water & women. The Moon Crescent is also synonym of “rebirth”. The Tahitian Tattoo is the symbol of the Tahitian Culture that stays in our heart and marks us like a tattoo.
The hidden Sun overlapped by the moon: symbol of pure spirit.
The colors of the logo: Black & White: Ying/Yang. Red Fire: Life, Passion
The Tahitian Tiare: is the national flower symbol of Tahiti. In the past, it was a sacred flower that only kings & princes could wear. Later, it became a symbol of love & welcoming.
The 7 petals of the Tiare flower represents the 7 chakras.
