Discover the beautiful art of Tahitian Dance “Ori Tahiti” during our Tahiti Dance classes. Learn all the sensual moves of Polynesian Dances swaying your hips to vibrant drums beats called “Ote’a” and poetic songs “Aparima”. 

Tahiti Fitness

Stay in shape with our Fun Tahiti Fitness classes that combines all the basics of Tahitian Dance into an effective Cardio Routine! We’ll make sure to get those abs, gluteus working out while burning up to 500-700 calories per class!

Try out a new workout that combines all the great components or grace of Zumba, Belly Dance, Ballet, Hawaiian Hula dance with a different Tahitian flavour.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Reach your Weight Loss Goals within 3-6 weeks

Our Weight Loss program called EMPOWERED BODY (EB) is tailored for all women, from all ages & backgrounds.

EB is about Women training together to reach their fitness & weight loss goals within 3-6 weeks. 

 During 3-6 weeks, we’ll train with a friendly group of individuals with classes running 6 days a week (monday to saturday) that includes Cardio Dance Fitness & Body Toning (resistance bands).

Each participant gets her own personal progress tracking evaluation with an easy-to-follow nutrition plan for effective results.

We look forward to have you on board with us and make your Weight Loss Goals happen.

Come bring your Daughter to enjoy and discover the beautiful Polynesian Dance of  Tahiti. 

Tahiti Dance Kids is all about with Grace, Fun, Focus, Coordination & Self-confidence, core values to help kids blossom into happy individuals. 

Find all the gracefulness, fun & dynamic elements from Ballet, Jazz , Zumba or Belly Dance classes with a Safe & Wellness Activity.
